True Story of a Writer – without Hypocrisy
The following story depicts the traits not only the of an Indian writer but also of others in other parts of the world. I have been faced with only a very few of them and not all of them. Not by any standard does the article aim at casting aspersions on any writer in any manner. I do not know if the number of such writers is negligibly small. It is not a problem that calls for any statistical analysis
True Story of a Writer
If I go deep down into my life when I was a student at a college in Mathura, I am reminded of an interesting story. My friend was a great admirer of me being a good foreteller, though I believe, I was not and am not.
One friend of my friend requested me to visit his home and just study the birth charts etc. of the members of his family. Indian families used to comprise of seven to seventeen members and over. For me it was an honour. I agreed without any demur or hesitance. Having got to his home I said to him that I had seen books written by him in at several stores in some big cities of India. Being a writer of books on Palmistry and Astrology, why did he need a layman to be consulted? He replied very politely that writing books was one thing and knowing the subject matter is altogether a different thing.
I asked him without having knowledge, how was it possible to write books? He replied that he would bring some books from library and would pick up something from one book, something from the other and something from the third —-. A book would be ready.
I asked him further how many books he had written. He replied the number might be about sixteen hundred. “How many days does it take you to prepare one book?” was my last question. “Just three-four days,” was his reply. I do not remember what I did for him as a foreteller.
I cannot criticize him; I cannot find faults with him in view of all the candour he had to be clean and open hearted to a friend of younger generation. I have forgotten his face; I have forgotten his name. But his straightforwardness has left an indelible impression on my consciousness. I am virtually moved to tears at his plight, hard work and honesty. Major part of the worth of his hard work went to the publishers. With all this untiring labour he could just manage to feed his family. Why would he, if he were a rich man, look for an Astrologer?
I do not know Who or What God Is
do not know what or who God is?
The way, people want to understand God, is beyond my ability. Human mind is dependent only on thesenses (eyes, ears, taste smell and touch).
God is the Creator of all of them but He is beyond all of them.
That we may know God, the first step is to go beyond all of them, where there are no questions left, no memories and information are at play. This done everything follows in its own way.
To begin with we may find it almost impossible. If we continue to stick to our decision and selfless desire to know Him, the degree of our patience diminishes the the length of the time we may have to wait. When patience grows infinite, the time to wait turns zero.

what or who God is – here is my humble opinion. I feel I am there in this body; but I do not know where I am in this body. If the hands, legs, thighs, ears eyes and nose, and teeth etc. are removed; I may be still there If the heart is replaced by another heart, I may still be there.

It is not understandable what I am. Some people say that every 7-yearall your cells are replaced … that every seven years your “body chemistry” changes, making you susceptible to new allergies. It is believed that hemoglobin dies in four months giving place to newer ones. Blood, changing, flesh changing, even teeth and bones undergoing both the process catabolism and anabolism. Though not synchronized, mind and reason are subjected to incessant changes. Here are the pictures of Gloria Stuart, the Actress of `Titanic`.
We cannot say what is true. Major particles of life are undergoing changes every second; otherwise the young people would not wither out day after day. This changing
material cannot be “I”. The changing ego cannot be “I”.
Though unknowingly, every one of us seems to be in search of oneself.
The contents of the human body are somewhat analogical to a river whose water is perennially changing. Standing on the bank of the river we never realize that the contents of the river are ever engaged in the process of change. Its banks too are subjected to changes with the passage of time.
Look at the globe. Every second approximately one hundred persons are leaving their bodies and approximately an equal number appears as newly born ones with an unknown destiny. The sick and the healthy, the weak and the strong, the rich and the poor, the rulers and the humble ones and high or low – all are subjected to the eternal process of death.
In this ever-changing world it is difficult to understand where the “I” is.
The inner thoughts are changing at every moment.
If we sit for a while with our eyes closed, and observe what we are speaking and listening to, simultaneously also taking a note of who or what we are looking at. I may find myself planning what I shall talk to my boss so that he feels flattered and pleased. Hoarding money and buying a new comfortable house where I shall be welcoming my friends who will then be respecting and loving me more than ever. They will talk about me. But I may fall short of money. I will go to mother who will help me with money. But my mother loves my younger sister more, who will prevent mom from helping me. I am sure of my dad. I shall say, “Dad, I have done so much because of you. But for your help I shall be in a miserable condition in my life.” Dad will say, “Don’t worry, Joseph, you will get every help” My boyfriend was saying,”Michelle,, when are you moving in with me?” Next month I will get job. My employer is a director general. He seems pleased with me in every way. He can create any job for me. Once I am having full time job, I shall tell Joseph to marry me, otherwise I shall say that I will marry another boy friend. According to the Tarot Astrologer I will get also a very good house.
When I have a good house, men will be after me. Job, money house – what more will these boy friends have! Everybody says I am very pretty. Donald was saying that I could easily win “Miss Country Contest”.
Dear readers, it is flow of mind, never stopping. One thing or the other is always there. Let me ask myself. Am I having an ever changing mind or a stable mind.? or I am somewhere else?. The house, the boss, the job, the boss, the bride or employee, what am I thinking of? r
Getting married I shall start dreaming of a baby. Where is the location of `”I”. It is me but `”Me” is not visible or understandable. Unless we break away from ego, sex and greed, this non-stop voice and scenes or sights will continue to play within ourselves. The internal audiovisual media are always at play.
If we want to know ourselves, we will have to get rid of all the desires. I or Me is wrapped up in desires. The moment desires are gone, the mind will evaporate as though it never existed. Then and then alone we may find our answers. How and who can get freedom from desires?
We are slaves in the kingdom of desires. Perhaps in that stage of freedom we may feel that we are in everybody; everybody and everything is within us. Nothing will be understandable as long as the ego along with its multiple branches in form of desires does not disappear.
The discussion may go very long and boring. The eyes can only see but not hear. The ears can only hear but not see. The tongue can create sound but not see or hear. The body and skin can only touch or hug or embrace but can neither see nor hear. The nose can only smell and can report nothing else.
Our mind is the recorder of all these five reporters. Its job is to record and keep playing in the background without any interval. The memory of the records makes the mind analyse what is good or bad, favourable or unfavourable. If eyes cannot hear, ears cannot see, nose cannot taste; how can we expect the imprisoned mind to see God!!! It may imply that we need to go beyond mind. The mind need not have its existence. Perhaps it is a formidable barrier.
The thoughts are also ever changing. They may appear identical but are never the same. The current of thoughts is also uninterrupted. If this is the state of affairs with the physical as well as the mental body, who is ‘I’? One knows ‘I’ through the thoughts only. If the current of thoughts were to stop, what one recognizes, as ‘I’ would no longer be there. The indefinable entity that stays ever unchanged and is just the observer of these changes through the thoughts, which do not have any existence, is GOD.
Who among us wants to see God; we are all afraid of losing our existence. I need to keep quiet; I have been too loquacious. Please read this post as my humble submission.LIKE THIS:
Do we really love?
Dear Readers,
I feel all of us are attracted to the word “love’. Love is really great and can be considered to be something unique beyond description. People see love in sex, which is required for reproduction. We should not forget that we are gifted with many other things for example, sympathy, feeling the pain of the dear ones, willing to help the downtrodden or the destitute. We feel love also for pets like cats, dogs, birds like parrots.
Let us ask ourselves, who do we love? How much love for the motherly figure will ooze out and how much will be the flow of our love towards the ordinary young woman? We should be able to judge where our love is stationed? We should be able to judge where
our love is stationed? Women can also assess themselves, if they wish. The scholarly white man and muscular black man are there in picture? One may try judging oneself.
Unfortunately a few of us speak
of love in some restricted areas which leads us away from the right track of life. This book has been written to tell my experiences of love in some other areas of life. God also loves us but we do not reciprocate. It is for this reason that we do not feel His Love. If we do not feel that we get something from Him, It is just because we do not ask Him for . Though we ask Him for something at certain times but we do not get just because we do not wait for Him. We do not wait for Him because we do not have faith in Him.

Let me agree with all of us, the pull between is really love and the pleasure involved in union is really really great? But it occurs to me: what does it mean to us when we read,”God is Love, Love is God”? Certainly somewhere we are confused. The answers are there in the book. On a website we have to have general discussions. I have tried raising questions for the major part leaving philosophy for future.
Let me agree with all of us, the pull between man and woman is really love and the pleasure involved in union is really really great? But it occurs to me: what does it mean to us when we read,”God is Love, Love is God”? We cannot stay honestly for more than a small time with a single woman. We are bored and look for another companion. When I was a student in India, my landlord who was in his sixties told me that he had slept with over one hundred women. West is far more advanced in these matters. Examining the star study of a woman in the western world, I told intuitively, “You may have slept with 50 persons”. Next day the girl came to me to show the list of the names of the men who had so far shared their bed with her. She said that it was exactly 50. Another chaste woman was standing nearby. I exclaimed with surprise,”Fifty_ _ _”. She replied calmly, in this western world two to three hundred is a normal number.”
Let us ask ourselves,”is it love? Were we born for this purpose? What else are we doing here? Have we not damaged the sanctity of love? Are we not defiling essence of this word that had to represent something of Divinity?” The selfless love of great mothers for the children, the love of noble hearts for the suffering human beings. The love of Jesus for the sufferers. The love of a big number of Prophets, saints and many unknown persons. Do we mean to equate our lust to the only noble sentiment known to us?
Certainly somewhere we are confused. If sex is love and God also is love, we seem to imply that sex can be equated to God. Is it the language of infatuation or the language of reality? Perhaps we seem to cross the boundaries of the Freudian understanding of sexual phenomenon.
The answers are there in the book but not in a direc mannert. On a website we have to post general discussions. I have tried raising questions for the major part leaving philosophy for future. We all need to study our past and present. Let us ask ourselves individually, “What have I gained through all these years?
What has this act of pleasure given me? I do know that the pleasure is momentary – will there ever be an end of this proclivity? Is there nothing superior to this act? Will anybody get addicted to drug, if this act were so great? What for, are the people spending a huge amount of money to get a perfect partner for a single day? Isn’t it something like mirage? These words are equally true for both sexes. If there is no gain why should we spend the precious moments of the precious human life? We are our own teachers, if we don’t study the book written on our consciousness, no body will be able to help us. Can God help those who don’t help themselves?
I have put tacit questions, which you may be able to read between the lines.

What is or Who is God?
What or Who is God?
Nobody can tell us what God is or who God is . If we believe there is God, God alone can help us know what He is. All others are more or less like us; they cannot tell us anything that will enable us to get the last answer. The best answer is “Ask Him”. In other words, Pray to Him”. Prayer is nothing but a call from our heart. A child cries, ” Mom, where are you?” We all are happy playing with the toys. Everyone of us is at play with the numerous toys. The dollar, the Euro, the GBP etc., trying to dominate overall of us or some of us to enjoy the bloated ego, the girlfriend, the boyfriend, the wife, the husband, things like pizza, the dessert, the chiken, the barbecue and a numerous cuisine – - there are countless things to keep us engaged with.
We are the children who do not need the mother but like just the the toys. If we lose one toy,we may struggle and suffer for the half our life or even whole of our life, sometimes. Seemingly, none of us needs to know what or who God is. We get addicted to toys so much that we never have time to think of our mother, our Creator, our poor God.
When I was a three-four year old baby, I asked my eldest sister (16-17), “where have I come from?” She raised her finger towards the starry sky and said,”God has sent you”. She was successful in shutting up my mouth so much so that I never questioned again and lost the whole life in running after the toys that only eluded me.

Why not Girls Program first? God later – - -
WHY NOT GIRLS PROGRAM FIRST? GOD LATER – - –
We may think and we do think that if we pick up up the libido-based love program, we will be satisfied and never miss it while engaged in God’s program at a later stage.
Around 1970, when I was a student, I asked a respectable motherly woman (55) “Do the old men lose all the attraction towards women.” “No! No young woman will let them get closer to them”, was her firm reply.
“What about the women?”, I asked further. She was quite stunned and shy. I repeated twice thrice. “why do you not speak?” “Similar is the condition, no difference”, she had to reply. Almost three decades later (when I did cost-free Astrology), a 79 year old woman contacted me for getting information about her future. She asked me if she would get a boy-friend. I replied “Yes”. “Will he love sex?” was her next question. I replied, ”Yes”.
Later I realized myself to be ignorant. It is an eternal and immortal force. Those who are capable of developing their willingness to escape this force of libido, do manage to have the divine feelings seated in their hearts. Writing any longer would go out of scope of this article. Nevertheless, hints are embedded.

LOVE and SPIRITUALITY
|Love is the only most talked about word. Somebody said, “There can be only one happiness in life – to love and to be loved.” Way back, I was looking at the palm of a person, when a five-six year old boy, pushing forward his eight year old
brother asked me if some girl would love him. How strong is the instinct of what we call love!! Some years back, a 79 year old motherly figure contacted me to know if she would get a boy friend and also if he would love to have physical union.
It is said that the libido in a female is awakened between the age of eight and thirteen and in a male between nine and fourteen. Also it is understood that this libido is the life long companion of both sexes. Being attracted to the opposite sex is seen as love.
Whether we call it love or not, it exists everywhere for all the times. We cannot think of exceptions. The moment love turns out to be possessive, it loses its beauty. We may hold debates after debates; the flow of love between a male and a female shall continue to be perpetual. It is real and exists everywhere. Though not infinitely, though not forever, everyone gets the occasion to love and to be loved. To be in joy, one has to learn to feel contented with whatever is available and whenever it is available. If one cannot do so, one should be prepared to shed tears or pass sleepless nights. Alternatively one may seek shelter with tranquilizers. On the other side some of us talk of Divine Love wherein the beloved is invisible; once realised the joy felt by a lover is infinite. We cannot love the Divine beloved without realising that the mundane love is ephemeral and vulnerable, no matter it may be within easy access for some of us. In no case security and stability can be granted since life itself is in a flow of uncertainty. Given serious thought to it, turns one to spirituality
